Women We Love of Instagram: Narelle Kheng
With a face and a set of pipes like hers, she's a real winner.

You might or might not recognise Narelle Kheng from Singaporean band The Sam Willows. Even better, you may have seen her perform live. Either way, she stuns with both her beauty and voice. The 23-year old is a Communications graduate, sings (so very well), plays the bass (and more), acts, writes and direct. What’s there not to love?
it's been the greatest privilege to work alongside crazy talented kids, creative project after project :') KMJ mv is out now on YouTube (link in bio) and I hope you guys do me a solid and check it out, and acknowledge the work that's bubbling from these young creators 💖 I'm hardly one for the mushy stuff but I honestly couldn't imagine being happier doing anything else. Thank you guys for your endless support and for giving us (the willows) the opportunity to create! This first set of visuals were shot by @mellowedhigh 💥 assisted by @chewkelvin Love love love y'all 💜
Tl;dr - yay 2017!! // Been one heck of a year. Did my first movie; my first stage role; graduated NTU with BA (Hons); finished a short film I co-wrote & co-directed; first major concert; first solo music project; and managed NY, SF, LND, STO, MTL, JKT, KL, PH, BKK. I was also diagnosed with depression, dysthymia, anxiety; dealt with way too much heartbreak and freaked out 100% about adulting. Spent too much time reflecting and questioning everything but also watched many movies, went to many museums, picked up new skills, made many new friends and learnt a great deal of things. I can rant on forever about life and what not, and all the answers we will never find. But from my adventures this year a few lessons I hold incredibly close to my heart that may find some way into yours too- 1) be present and live in the now. find things that excite you and don't zombie away your life. Please. Be hungry 2) treasure and surround yourself with love and friendship, choose your friends wisely - they are so important. 3) DO NOT be ashamed of yourself. Be 100% authentic, genuine and good and like-minded people will find their way to you. Don't EVER let anyone else tell you what you think or feel is wrong. Much luv to everyone who's been a part of my life. Y'all mean so much, y'all taught me so much. TQTQTQTTQTQ ❤️
