Due to release later this month, Samsung's latest Galaxy Note7 is already making waves with its edgy and slim minimal design as well as its waterproofing features. However, the main selling point from the Note7 would most definitely be their iris scanners that does more than just unlock your phone. Working alongside Samsung Pass, the iris scanner acts as a new security system that will let you access banking and other apps using just your eyes. The iris scanner—which has been in Samsung labs for half a decade—will let users lock folders, apps and other content, keeping them away from prying eyes or nosey ummm *coughs* partners.
Other features include the processor used on the S7 or S7 Edge which is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, wireless charging, a 12-megapixel camera with f/1.7 lens and optical stabilisation, microSD cards support, 64GB of internal storage, and a 3,500mAh battery. The also smartphone boasts a dual-curved Super AMOLED display with quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixel) resolution. Available in gold platinum, silver titanium and black onyx, the phone will arrive on Malaysian shores starting August 19 at about RM3,199 but you can start online pre-orders from August 8-10 onwards.
