Since millennial pink conquered sweatshirts and every fusion food eatery within Zone 2, we've taken Pantone's Colour of the Year announcement seriously. Very seriously. And if you want to be ahead of the game, you should too.
Introducing 2019's shade du jour: 'living coral'. While the name appears to be an homage to those heady days before mankind stamped out the Great Barrier Reef, the colour itself can be best described as 'non-EasyJet orange'. It's warmer and more exotic: a bit like that grapefruit you had at breakfast in a Moroccan riyadh this year and spent twenty minutes uploading to Instagram.
But can it work for your wardrobe? In short: yes. A little oran - sorry, living coral - can easily elevate black jeans, neutral workwear trousers and white T-shirts. Here's some inspiration.
