Bummed out that the previous Louis Vuitton & Fragment Design collection was sold exclusively in Japan? You'll be elated to know that both labels are back together for a worldwide release this time.

Louis Vuitton will open a pop-up store at Surrender in Singapore from 22nd April to 7th May 2017 to debut the AW2017 Men's capsule pre-collection conceived by Men's Artistic Director for Louis Vuitton, Kim Jones, and founder of Fragment Design, Hiroshi Fujiwara.

“Hiroshi Fujiwara is an influencer in the truest sense of the work – he is a true icon of mine,” says Jones. “With this collaboration, I wanted to do something quite unexpected, something perhaps more youthful than we usually do. Hiroshi has that understanding of detail that comes from Japanese – he simply knows everything.”

For those unfamiliar with Fujiwara, he is looked upon as the godfather of Japanese streetwear and has mentored Nigo of Bape and Jun Takahashi of Undercover.

Based on the fictitious music band “Louis V and The Fragments” created by Fujiwara and Louis Vuitton, the collection features preppy elements, bold embroidery and prints. The pop culture, graphic motifs, history of sportswear, and passion for men's wear design icons shared by Fujiwara and Jones are harmoniously blended as expressed in the collection.

The “LOUIS VUITTON POP-UP STORE @ Surrender” will offer a variety of items from the collection including leather goods, ready-to-wear, shoes and accessories, as well as exclusive items offered only in the pop-up.

Surrender is located at 268 Orchard Road, #01-03, Singapore 238856
