The world’s largest amateur golf competition is back for another round this year, as the seventh Malaysian leg of the Audi quattro Cup tournament heads to the Mines Resort & Golf Club. Audi owners will tee off exclusively on 2 November 2017, while non-owners will be able to participate for the first time ever on 4 and 5 November 2017. This year, the RM380 registration fee will be donated towards the #derSchnurrbart (Germain for “The Moustache”) initiative, which is a men’s health awareness campaign run by the National Cancer Council Malaysia together with Audio Malaysia.

But the best prize of the tournament is reserved for the Audi-owners competition, as the overall winner will win an all-expenses-paid trip to represent Malaysia at the World Finals in Quivira Golf Club, Los Cabos, Mexico. He or she will get a practise round, two tournament days, a golf clinic, and a trick shot show with Geoff Swain (world golf trick shot champion) – all at the Jack Nicklaus-designed course. Situated on a cliff right beside the azure waters of the Pacific Ocean, Quivira Golf Club’s 18 holes have been hailed as one of the best golf courses in the Americas. And we haven’t even mentioned the world-class luxuries that awaits the winner at the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort...
