Move over, guy who talks about how sick he gets after eating Chipotle. There's a new reigning champion of TMI on Facebook.
On Monday morning, California-based comedian Fakamalo Kihe Eiki decided that, in addition to reading that Game of Thrones recap and checking the Raptors/Heat score, the Facebook-iverse might want a side of placenta with their newsfeed. So he posted a live video of his wife giving birth.
Granted, ever since Facebook Live became a thing, the Internet has been hard at work making profound video content like watermelon crushing and newspaper eating, but it's fair to say we've officially hit max web oversharing mode and should slowly back away from the ledge. While it's assumed that Eiki's partner gave full consent to livestream her pushing a small human out of her body, since she's not hurling insults or reaching for his throat, it's still crossing the line to show footage of her knees up around her head to the Facebook world at large.
The birth, which takes place around the 40-minute mark, appears to have resulted in a healthy baby boy, whose name one can only assume will be Stunty McOvershare.
In any event, if Eiki's baby mama does regret him streaming
their her business via social media, there's always a natural follow up video to even things out—livestreaming his next colonoscopy.
