Loosely based on a true story, Nic Cage's latest bizarre comedy Army of One will have you follow the journey of an ex-con/unemployed handyman Gary Faulkner who receives a vision from God (played by Russell Brand) which instructs him to go to Pakistan and capture Osama bin Laden.
Armed with only a sword he bought from a home shopping network, Faulkner's journey to Pakistan is wrought with hillarity and straight up cringing moments that'll leave you laughing until you cry or just scratching your head in utter confusion.
Directed by Larry Charles (Borat, Curb Your Enthusiasm), Army of One also stars Wendi McLendon-Covey, Rainn Wilson, and Paul Scheer.
Despite having his career reached a meme level heights (not in a good way), it's still no denying that Cage is one of those actors that truly gives it his all in every movie he stars in, even if the movie doesn't really deserve it. And the fact that this crazy ass storyline is based on a true story, makes us even more excited for it.
Army of One is scheduled to be released on November 4.
