4. Friday Night Write

I leaned against the traffic pole while I waited for the light to turn green to signal a GO. Looking down at my phone, I scrolled through the endless posts on my feed and stopped at one that read, Friday Night Write. Read and write flash fiction as you gain inspirations from one another. Snacks are prepared to keep your writer’s mind going. Looking back up, my mind went blank just as I heard screams of terror.
