Watch This Badass Wakeboard Through The Canals Of Amsterdam In A Tux
Bye bye tuxedo, hello once-in-a-lifetime fun.

Tuxes are great for a lot of things. Going to a gala? Bust out that tux! A black-tie wedding? Tux time! But wakeboarding? Maybe opt for a wetsuit instead. Unless, of course, you happen to be famous YouTuber Casey Neistat. Then you'll want to wear both, like he did for a viral video of him carving through the canals of Amsterdam that's racked up nearly 1.4 million views since it was posted yesterday.
The video is certainly entertaining, and Neistat actually looks better in his tuxedo than a lot of guys do on the red carpet (nice fit, Casey). But the whole process was probably murder on the tux itself. See, formalwear tends to be made from ultra-fine wool that, while it looks and feels fantastic, isn't as resilient as its heftier counterparts. So if you're doing it for the views, go ahead and beat the hell out of that tux. But if you want to have the thing handy next month for a black-tie event, leave it in the closet and wear something else for your aquatic adventures. Just a thought.
