A poetry slam, art exhibition, and a ballet showcase.

Slamokrasi. If Wall Could Speak presents its first edition of poetry slam: Slamokrasi, an event to challenge the wordsmiths to conquer the verse and seize the crowd. This installment will be held at Black Box, Publika and feature ten slammers such as Enbah Nilah, Isaac Se Hoo, Sara Rain, just to name a few, together with four deciders as the judges. Asian Art Exhibition. Presented by The Asians Art Group and Soka Gakkai Malaysia, the Asian Art Exhibition is returning for the eighth time running this year. This biennial exhibition features outstanding artworks produced by 100 talented artists from 12 Asian countries, namely Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Myanmar, Vietnam and India. Transcedence. Sandance Ballet Studio will be holding its first ballet showcase, Transcedance this weekend at Damansara Performing Art Centre (DPAC). Performed by the students, this performance will take the audiences on a journey through the evolution of ballet and it is a perfect opportunity for them to show what they have learned in the classroom and transcend their artistry with technique on the stage.
