Enjoy Over 40 Different Types Of Nasi Lemak At 'I Eat Nasi Lemak' This Saturday

From all across Malaysia, a variety of nasi lemak vendors will be gathering under one roof this Saturday to serve up some good 'ol fashion nasi lemak and more!

If there's one thing that Malaysians love, it's food. And what better way to celebrate our love for food that gathering over 40 of the best nasi lemak sellers in Malaysia all under one roof?

I Eat Nasi Lemak, the premiered food event brought to you by will see famed nasi lemak vendors such as Nasi Lemak Ujong Pasir from Melaka, Nasi Lemak Habib from Batu Pahat (specialising in nasi lemak ‘sup tauhu’), Nasi Lemak Wak Kentut from Kulai and many more gathering at TM Convention Centre on November 5 for everyone to enjoy their own unique take on the beloved dish. 

First organised in 2013 with only 10 vendors, I Eat Nasi Lemak grew to 20 vendors in 2014 and set a record as a non-stop 8-hour food event attracting over 15,000 people who ate over 25,000 plates and sides of nasi lemak. The event is also supporting The Nasi Lemak Project, a social enterprise that teaches urban poor families how to make nasi lemak, then buys from them consistently in order to slowly taking them out of poverty in stage. 

The event will be held at TM Convention Centre, Menara Telekom Malaysia on November 5 from 9am to 5pm. For more information, head on over here
