Mandarin Palace, the only restaurant in Kuala Lumpur with ethnic palatial ambience and grandeur of imperial court setting is offering 9-course set menus. There will be two menus available (RM1,288 nett table for 10 persons or RM688 nett per table for 5 persons / RM1,488 nett per table for 10 persons and RM888 net per table for 5 persons) throughout the festive period which includes signature dishes such as the Double Boiled Dried Top Shell & Snow Abalone with Chicken, Steamed Giant Grouper in Traditional Style, Crispy Roasted Chicken and more. Ala carte and Dim Sum menus will also be available.
Kontiki Restaurant which overlooks the tropical garden and pool offers an option if you’re looking at a buffet menu. From Yee Sang and Chinese dishes to local and Japanese cuisines, you’ll find a wide variety of hearty dishes, as well as a selection of desserts. The Verandah Lobby Lounge offers a Chinese New Year festive afternoon tea for guests or diners. Traditional nan gao (sweet rice cake), Jian Dui (sesame balls), Tang Yuan (black sesame glutinous rice balls) in ginger soup, as well as Afternoon Tea classics which includes sandwiches, pastries and local delicacies.
