Pince & Pints, in conjunction with our National and Malaysia Day, has introduced a limited-edition “Lobster Burger”. Forget about the controversial Nasi Lemak burger for a bit and elevate up to a juicy marinated lobster patty that lets you choose to mix from three different types of housemade dipping sauces: the wasabi mayo, spicy tomato and/or garlic and lobster sauce. All three sauces are quite different in flavours. The garlic and lobster sauce will probably draw you in first, but don’t miss out on the spicy tomato, a tomato based sauce with a hint of chili (that’s what we all Malaysians secretly want when having tomato sauce, right? A kick of chili flavour in it).
Sauces and the homemade classic coleslaw are placed separated from the patty and bun to allow you to mix and match as how you would prefer it. Now, time for fries. The sweet potato fries are deep fried with seasoned batter using a double-coated technique to make sure they stay in crispy condition. Sometimes you can get down and dirty in a different way to enjoy lobster meat. This is a different way.
