If you’ve always been a fan of the Hennessy X.O, you know this time won’t be any different; you’re still in for a treat. It’s delicious, smooth and warming, without the sharp hit at the back of the throat that you get with some cheaper Cognac's.
For Hennessy’s X.O Odyssey this year, they’ve teamed with Chef Darren Chin of DC Restaurant. Don’t be fooled by the location of the restaurant (a quaint corner in TTDI), the whole course was very well prepared; we were very well taken care of. Chef Darren Chin knows that when you select a X.O to pair your food with, then you better create and cook recipes that are capable of balancing the richness of this cognac, and that it fit with its flavours.
