On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the restaurant will be offering a seven course Omakase dinner featuring a dishes like a poached lobster with crispy watercress, Kobe beef with tamari pepper sauce, and finishing with a Christmas Forest dessert comprising black Goma and green tea olive oil sponge, Tempura Gen-Mai Cha ice cream and berries crumble.The lunch menu on the other hand, will offer a five course Omakase set featuring dishes adapted from the seven course dinner menu.
