Water sommelier and advocate Martin Riese definitely is as he aims to spread the goodness of the most important beverage in this planet.
"People always think that there is no value to water and what motivates me that I want to give water a value," says Martin.
The head of Los Angeles's Patina Restaurant Group—which sports at 45-page water menu—he has made it his life's mission to taste, analyse, judge and ultimately promote the many different flavours of waters that we've been missing out on.
"When I drink water, I look for a distinguish taste in the water," he says.
