On Wednesday night, Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour invited an unlikely baritone guest to sing with him onstage at Royal Albert Hall in London, and fans were far more than comfortably numb, to say the least.

 


 

Cumberbatch sung the lead vocals on a few verses of the 1979 hit "Comfortably Numb," and, well, take a listen yourself:
