#1: As We See It: History through Visual Design
 

Here's an exhibition that will guide you through a timeline of Malaysia’s history through then lens of graphic design. From everyday objects to propaganda posters, a closer look at graphic design reveals the shifting ideas that makes us who we are.

Exhibition runs through: 8 May 2017-30 June 2017

Venue: Balai Seni Visual Negara (National Art Gallery Malaysia) / Time: 10am to 6pm daily.

#2: #UNCAGEMUSIC BLOCK PARTY feat. Hyokuh, Crystal Castles
 

Urbanscapes will be ending their city-wide festival with a bang. They’ve invited Hyokuh, a South Korean indie band and Crystal Castle, an American electronic punk act, to perform live and public for those (Non-Muslims only) that has won exclusive ticket passes from Urbanscapes.

Venue: Slate at The Row / Date and Time: 21 May 2017, 2pm onwards

#3 Sneakerspeek
 

Sneakershead unites as Sneakerspeek and Urbanscapes came together to present “When Scenes Collide”. Get the chance to shop through a selection of streetwear vendors and also browse through the crazy toy collection.

#4 Postcards From the South
 

Join "Projek Keretapi Kita" on a one day public talk about the rail lines of today and how they would imagine them in the future through visuals and interview. They will also be sharing snippets from the project as well as other stories.

#5: Levi’s presents: 501 Rock & Rivets at Urbanscapes
 

Put on your favorite pair of jeans and be ready to dance the night away. Headlining the night is renowned Thai rock band Yellow Fang, Malaysian rockers Kyoto Protocol, Seven Collar T-Shirt and Tempered Mental featured in the lineup as well.
