1 | Experience the joys of the French-Asian Gastronomy event on July 12, where you can eat your way through a four-course meal married with the perfect wines. Chef Nathalie Arbefeuille, the maestro well-known to local gourmands, teams up with special guest Master Sommelier Edouard Oger to to create an escapade for your taste buds. Look out for tenggiri fish tartare to coconut crème glacee.

2 | Also, check out The Food & Wine Intimate Journey for something just a little different! Master Sommelier Edouard Oger and Master Pastry Chef Frederic Oger conspire to produce the fine art of plating and pairing a variety of wines with pastries such as tartlets and entremets.

14 July, 7PM; Pastry Institute of St Honore, TTDI plaza

3 | Now, the rare and precious occasion: Malaysian Gastronomy Feast. There will be butterfish, lemongrass prawn, and grilled lamb to coco-passion petit gateaux and crème sorbet in this five-course meal. Directed by Executive Chef Ahmad Kamaroull and Master Sommelier Edouard Oger, this is an East-West confluence with a difference.
