The Esquire Soap Bar
For one of our columns in the upcoming first issue, we needed a picture of a soap bar with a message on it. The first option was Photoshop. And the second option was the most amazing soap-maker in Malaysia. We chose the latter.
These special Esquire soap bars were made by the wonderful Magdoline Hammad, a soap-maker based in Malaysia. She's a mother of four kids, all of whom are allergic to the chemicals found in your garden-variety soap bars. To help solve this problem, she decided to make her own soaps out of natural ingredients. Learnt it from scratch, all for her children. Now's the time you should take your hat off to her.
